Lionel’s commitment to the public welfare began with the Lions Club, where he previously served as the Past District Governor of D385 in Beijing China from 2008 to 2009. Now he is an associate member of the Singapore Lions Club Bifrost. His presence at the carnival emphasized the importance of giving back to the community and making a positive impact through acts of kindness.

During the carnival, Minister Dr. Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim presented a Certificate Application to Mr. Yuan Zheng, who is a member of LCS Bifrost and a sponsor of this event. The Lions 65 Community Carnival showcased the Lions Club’s commitment to making a positive impact in the community, offering a range of activities, performances, and health talks for the whole family to enjoy, including bazaars, food and beverage stalls, Lions Informational and Programme booths, kids’ corner, photobooth, and free health screenings.
