It was the time of the year for Li Foundation’s Directors to come together for the Annual Family Council Meeting with the family on the 26th March 2022.
As we reviewed what we have done in the past year, LIF has grown through our multiple engagements with various foundations and NGOS as well as piloting new initiatives in Singapore. Some programs may not have been able to take place due to the pandemic, however LIF was able to adapt and explore other areas of grant-making in projects aligned with our mission and core values.
As more partners integrate into our eco-system, we will pursue to strive and learn from the world of philanthropy. As our programs grow in depth, we hope to continuously achieve the multiplier effect that brings impact to the wider community.
The book showcases how the participants challenged their limits and conquered the World Marathon Challenge and North Pole Marathon to inspire people to challenge their own limits and pursue their dreams boldly.
The book tells the stories behind the event which saw the largest number of people in history running 1045km round Taiwan in 19 days.
