Round-Taiwan Ultra-Marathon
Round-Taiwan Ultra-Marathon Map

After six years of preparation, Run Taiwan Just Now Marathon officially kicked off on February 8th 2019. 66 runners ran a total of 1,045 kilometers covering the full diameter of Taiwan in 19 days. Inspired by the stories of challenges and hardships faced by the organisers and participants, a photo journal was published to encourage people to boldly challenge their limits and pursue their dreams.

“The 19-day marathon had groomed me to build stronger resilience toward new challenges in my life and toward the uncertainties in the world.”

– Lionel Li

The participants ran for a cause by raising funds to support four different charitable organisations. The marathon brought together people and resources to impact and change the lives of others. Lionel, the founder of Li Foundation, donated to all charity projects during the challenge. Moreover, Lionel supported the publishing of the photo journal and all sales proceeds were donated to the National Association of Trailrunners, the organiser of the marathon.
